If you feel that your current plan isn’t the best fit, you can always discuss your options with us and switch to a different plan or customize your training sessions. We’re here to ensure the best possible experience for you and your pup!

At Training Puppies, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensure our trainers can adjust their schedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. Yes, we can customize invoices to include additional information such as training session details, client notes, or special requests. If you need specific information added, please let us know during your booking or contact us before receiving the invoice, and we’ll ensure it meets your requirements.

We accept credit/debit cards and online payments. For individual sessions, payment is due at booking. For custom or ongoing packages, we offer flexible payment plans, including monthly options. A deposit may be required to secure certain services.
